Micro-grafting, one of the advanced techniques in the production of hybrid trees free of disease. in this study Successfully appeal micro-grafting mexican lime on rootstock big and small orange, mexican lime and rough lemon in systems supporting medium of Including Paul paper, perlite, vermiculite with the half concentration of MS and paper bridge with full concentration and with 60 and 75 mg per liter sucrose were examined. The results showed most of the Successfully micrografting related to rootstock big orange and rough lemon in the system supporting perlite and bridges paper containing half the concentration of MS with 75 grams per liter sucrose.
