Hospital wastewater is one of urban wastewaters, so, according to resource, it's possible to include pathogens and microorganisms ingredient, various intestinal disease, bacteria, viruses, sycophant and toxic elements in hospital wastewater latex among heavy metals. In this study, has beentried to evaluate absorption of Cd, Zn, Cu, Ni, Fe and Pb elements in hospital wastewater by phytoremidiation. So, vetiver grass has been plant in 8 treatments with 4 replications based on completely randomized research and irrigated at 75 days with various combinations of normal water and hospital wastewater. Results have shown the more absorption of Pb, Cu, Zn, Fe and Ni with 9.243, 2.313, 2.3188, 2625.3 and 27.638 respectively were in root and Cd with 3.45 microgram per gram of dry materelement justaccumulated inthe soiland a little of heavy metals accumulated in shoot. The reason of more accumulated of Pb, Cu, Ni and Zn in root is the high tolerance of vetiver to high heavy metals concentration in soil. Generally, the use of vetiver will recommended reducing pollution on the hospital waste water.
