Basil is an herbaceous, annual and fragrant plant of mint germs. This plant is widely used as food consumption and in drug industries. Therefore, the possibility of producing a high quality product throughout the year should be created. The application of suitable fertilizers for the production of Basil is one of the factors affecting its quality. Therefore, the investigation of the effects of different levels of NPK nutrients and Nano NPK on the quality and quantity of two varieties of Basil was done with two methods of spraying solution and irrigation fertilizing, in the form of double crushed plot in a completely randomized design with three replications, at the Faculty of Agriculture and Natural Resources of the Persian Gulf University of Bushehr in 1394. The treatments consisted of NPK Basic fertilizer and NPK Nano fertilizer with the formula of 20, 20 and 20 at 0, 100, 200, 300, 500 mg / kg was mixed with soil at the beginning of planting. Then two local mass of green and violet basil were planted and after growing plants, a half of fertilizer was given to them by solution spraying and irrigation fertilizing. With the onset of flowering, vegetative traits including fresh and dry weight of shoots and roots, number of branches, number of leaves, leaf area, chlorophyll index, qualitative traits including protein, peroxidase enzyme and nutrients content of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, sodium and magnesium of the basil plant were evaluated. The results of variance analysis of data showed that base levels of fertilizer, fertilizer application method, Basil cultivar and their interactions were significant in the most measured traits at 1% level. Comparison of average data showed that different concentrations of NPK and NPN nanoparticles have different effects on the growth characteristics of this plant. So that with the increase of basal fertilizer concentrations, especially in Nano-fertilizer, and the application of supplementary irrigation fertilizer m
