Background: in the field of literature, constiturional era is an era in which concept overcomes easthetic beauty of the text. Hence, poets were more inclined to convey the concept and cared less about aesthetic aspects of the poem. Farrokhi Yazdi, despite having lots of political and social lyrics, does not ignore aesthetics. Here, we have tries to explore the thought and personality of this poet using his rhetotrics and poems. Aim: Analysis of Farrokhi Yazdi's thoughts and personality based on his divan and rhetorical beauties used in his poems. To this point data from psychoanalysis and structuralism is also used. Methodology: Library research and content analysis have been used to conduct this research. First, previously selected sources are analyzed and contents are extracted. Then, drawing on problem definintion, unanswered quustions are compiled. Conclusions: Based on the amounts of defects in Farrokhi's eloquence, it is concluded that this Constitutional era poet has had high literary expertise, despite few unfavorable studies done on him. His preoccupation with death is a sign of his despair from the prevailing conditions. The rate of boasting in his poems is near to zero, showing the importance of homeland over his own desires. Moreover, his use of myth is a sign of ancient viewpoint and a belief in clinging to mythology to inspire excitement in the oppressed people.
