This study aims to predict test anxiety on components of mindfulness and cognitive strategies in adolescent male and female students was Bushehr. In this study, 350 patients with simple random sampling from the target population of adolescent students have been selected, were studied. To measure the variables of Mindfulness Inventory (FFM), cognitive emotion regulation (CERQ) and Beck Anxiety (BAI) is used. Data using Pearson correlation, multiple regression analysis and analysis of variance using SPSS-18 software were analyzed. The results showed that the relationship between mindfulness and cognitive regulation strategies, test anxiety was significant. Also, components of mindfulness (describe and act with awareness) are able to predict test anxiety. In addition, the findings showed that the cognitive component of the strategy is set (blaming others, rumination, as tragic and positive refocusing) are able to predict test anxiety. Finally, a significant correlation was observed between mindfulness and cognitive regulation strategies. In general it can be concluded that utilizes the components of mindfulness and cognitive test anxiety in students can be reduced.
