Abstract
The main purpose of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of new training courses on
cognitive and behavioral aspects employees. The research is descriptive and causalcomparative.
A total of 80 people in two Experimental and control groups were studied. In
order to gather the necessary information Prshnamh were distributed. Independent t-tests
were used for statistical data analysis. Results showed that the in-service training With
modern methods of education and cognitive and behavioral aspects of job performance is
significant. Status job performance as a whole as well as cognitive and behavioral group
