چکیده

Background: today, one of the main reasons of the rapid progress of technology development in industrial developed countries due to the process of commercialization of research results have been inside the countries. It can be concluded that the process of commercialization, research and industrial sector participation, is in turning research results into innovation. Commercialization of research and income from it will be provided the necessary financial resources to the continuity of academic life. So it's necessary to stablish the alliance rings between industry and university that makes possible to transfer achievements and concepts of academic production to the industry and in the other way the need to find solutions or obviate the requirments in the systematic form is necessary to transfer to the universities. Aim: this study has been examined the impact of strategic alliances on the commercialization of research and technology and group performance at the university of persian Gulf, and has been wanted to answer this question that is the stablishing of strategic alliances between the university (faculty) and industry (costumers research and technology) to improve the commercialization of research achievements will lead researchers to improve their performance or not? Methodology: the purpose of the study is applied and descriptive information gathering. The population in this study is the Persian Gulf university Departments, that the number of groups is 31. The way of sampling is targeted sampling wich during of it, 17 groups possess the minium of management performance and contracts, have links with industry, are selected. In addition to the analysis of information use structural equation modeling with partial least squares approach and Smart Pls software and SPSS.
