Background: Human resources as a unique and valuable resource is due to its strategic importance. Today, new insights on the evaluation and modeling of the human resources system are emerging. Increasingly, this resource is aimed at achieving organizational goals, so it is inevitable to approach it with a strategic approach.
Aims: The present study aimed to provide a model for evaluating the human resource management system with a strategic approach in companies operating in the national petrochemical industries. And what are the appropriate indicators for assessing the strategic status of human resources in national petrochemical companies? And what are the benefits of following the model of the companies studied?
Methodology: The statistical population of the study is divided into two groups. The first part consists of professors and experts in the field of human resources. Therefore, 20 people were selected through Delphi method. In the first stage, the indicators were designed as yes and no, and in the second and third stages, based on the results of the previous step, the indicators were presented as 5 spectra and the indicators were answered. By designing the checklist, this model was implemented in three selected petrochemical companies.
Findings and Conclusion: The results show that after designing the model by Delphi method and with the participation of experts, the proposed model can be well developed and evaluated by human resources system and can be interpreted and interpreted by industry companies. Petrochemical help.
Also, after the implementation, the model showed a picture of the status of each company separately and their comparative status with each other.
