چکیده Nowadays, in manpower management, one of the most important issues is to meet the needs of the employees in order to motivate them to improve their work quality and make more use of human resources in the -organization. Job Satisfaction is one of the important variables in achieving productivity. One of the factors that can make job satisfaction is the employer's brand. The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of employer brand dimensions on job satisfaction of employees. The method used in this research is descriptive and a large number of previous studies have been conducted in this field. The results of the research show that important dimensions of the employer's brand (balance of work and life, reputation, diversity, organizational culture, education and social responsibility), that proper application of these dimensions in organizations can be familiar with human resources with responsibility and satisfaction Increased their jobs.
