چکیده

Context: continuous changes in the business environment, how to create an innovation in the organization and prepare a necessary background for showing, make it as mental concern for a lot of firms especially knowledge based institution. For this purpose supervision on the internal and external environment to have a best reaction against the environmental chances and treats, leads the firms to use competitive intelligent and to adjust the firms with the environmental changes its necessary to have information, knowledge and learning process in their organization. Objective: the purpose of this research is to find an affect of knowledge resource on the organizational learning and measurement the relationship between organizational learning and competitive intelligence on innovation in the knowledge based firms. Methodology: in this research, for arriving the purposes, studied 42 firms in the Fars science and technology park and data had been collected by distributor the questionnaire between 99 of the personnel of the park . for analyzing and check hypothesis in this research use partial least square aproach Findings: foundations show that technical and structural resource have significant and positive affect on organizational learning while human and cultural resources don’t have any effect on it.organizational learning has significant and positive affect on competitive intelligent and innovation (technological, administrative and market) and also competitive intelligent have significant and positive affect on innovation. Conclusion: the result of the research shows that the most effect of the relations in the model is the affect of the organization learning on the administrative innovation and organization intelligent. And also could say although knowledge resource don’t have any right affect on innovation but through the intervention of the organizational learning it can affect on the innovation.
