Abstract

Today importance of voluntary members are revealed for organizations managers and sport events. Economic and non-economic revenues due to attendance of volunteers, impel executive committee of sport organizations to employ new members and retain present volunteers. Give up attendance can impose heavy costs on organizations; therefore researchers on different researches try to discover volunteer retention factors. Review of literature revealed that the factors as empowerment, motivation, organizations commitment, job satisfaction, organizations socialization in different studies were effective on retain of volunteers. The aim of this study was to identify the effect of organizational factors on intention to continue volunteering at the student Sport volunteers in state universities of Tehran city. The Research methodology of this study is developmental, descriptive analysis that will be done in field study. The Statistical population of this study was the
whole of students that they had corporation with physical education offices of state universities of Tehran. (N=338). Proportionate stratified random sampling was used.In order sampling, for every parameter, 5-10 volunteer are needed. Generally, the researcher, were collected the questionnaires of 286 volunteer. In order collecting data, the researcher was used empowerment, organizational commitment, motivation, job satisfaction, motivation, organizational socialization and demographic questionnaires. Questionnaire data collection was be (made by the researcher) extracted from volunteers’ researches questionnaires that face and content validity were reviewed and approved by experts. In order to analysis the factor structure of questionnaire was used confirmatory factor analysis and Spss software and was approved.
