Abstract

Context: several researches have been accomplished on the factors influence entrepreneurship, leadership and Professionalism Intent. But there are few studies consider the impact of psychological factors, efficacy, motivation, social networks and financial issues on the intent.
Purpose: This study has sought identifying factors impress entrepreneurship intent, leadership intent and professionalism intent. These three variables were considered as key variables while numbers of the others influence these .A interrelationships among these key variables are assumed.
Methodology: After designing the conceptual model and providing with questionnaire, reliability and validity were examined. The reliability of the questionnaire obtained 76/3%, which illustrates adequate reliability of the questionnaire. Content validity and the validity were confirmed by experts and factor analysis respectively. Questionnaires was fulfilled by the management students of Tehran's universities. conceptual model of study was analyzed utilizing Amos Graphics Software. Some of the data were analyzed by SPSS software.
Findings: Results showed curiosity, emotional intelligence, social networks, entrepreneurship motivation and entrepreneurship efficacy, have positive and significant impact on entrepreneurship intent. Fame seeking, social networks, leadership motivation and leadership efficacy have positive and significant impact on leadership intent. Subjects such as: Being active, seeking fame, dreaming, monetary problems, professionalism motivation and professionalism efficacy impress professionalism intent positively and significantly. Also there are interactions among entrepreneurship and leadership intent, entrepreneurship and professionalism intent, and leadership and professionalism intent.
