Abstract

Background: Job involvement as an attitude, an important factor is to maximize organizational effectiveness. Job involvement by involving employees in their work and a sense of deep experience helps in organizational effectiveness, productivity and working spirit. Aim: The aim of the study is: "The effect of transformational leadership and organizational justice on the quality of work life and job involvement in Petroleum Distribution Company of Bushehr". Methodology: The study is descriptive of the purpose and the method. The study population consisted of all employees (official, contract and contractor,) firm employed. Distribution of petroleum products Bushehr in the number of 142 persons and 107 persons have been sampled. To collect data from standardized questionnaires transformational leadership (Moqimi, 1392) and organizational justice (Niehoff and Moorman, 1993), job involvement (Thomas Ladahl and Knjr, 1965) and quality of working life (Walton, 1973) was used. Research carried out by structural equation modeling and data analysis using SPSS, PLS has been made. Results: The results showed that (1) organizational justice, quality of work life and job involvement is lower than the desired level but transformational leadership is desirable..2- Model fit is acceptable. 3. Except organizational justice, other variables significantly influence the job involvement.3- quality of working life had a greater impact on job involvement than other variables . 4. Organizational Justice has not significant role in moderating the relationship between transformational leadership and job involvement.
Conclusion: Based on these results, if the indicators and the factors shaping the quality of life for employees to pay more attention and be evaluated during the year, it can be expected that the interest and involvement of employees will be more than current situation.
