Abstract
|
The aim of this study was to investigate the role of personality characteristics and social acceptability in anticipation of forgiveness. The number of participants was 224 people who HEXACO personality questionnaire, Crohn Marlowe scale social acceptance and forgiveness Malta and colleagues responded scale. The results showed that among personality traits, compatibility and conscientiousness dimension and positive emotionality and honesty / humility for forgiveness were negative predictors. Social acceptance is also a predictor of forgiveness.
