Abstract

Background: Today, organizations are in a situation where it is vital for them to ‎turn to entrepreneurial activities. Given the speed of global change and the ‎transition from an industrial to an information society, previous practices are not ‎untying the knot for current and future issues. Therefore, new organizational ‎solutions with new structures should be sought. To identify new opportunities and ‎improve productivity, it is felt that there is a fundamental need to identify the ‎impact of strategic human resource management system on the development of ‎organizational entrepreneurship within organizations.‎ Aim: The main purpose of this study is to investigate the impact of strategic ‎human resource management on organizational entrepreneurship with emphasis on ‎the mediating role of knowledge management and organizational learning.‎ Methodology: This research is applied research in terms of purpose and ‎descriptive-correlational in terms of data collection. The statistical population of ‎this study consists of employees of public and private banks in Fasa. Sampling ‎method in this study is simple random sampling and data collection tool is a ‎questionnaire. ‎‏124‏‎ questionnaires were obtained from ‎‏36‏‎ banks and the collected ‎data were analyzed using SPSS and Smart PLS software.‎ Conclusions: The results of data analysis indicate that strategic human resource ‎management has a positive and significant effect on corporate entrepreneurship ‎directly and through the ability to manage organizational knowledge and learning ‎as a mediator. Therefore, based on the findings of this study, it can be claimed ‎that more attention to strategic human resource management as well as knowledge ‎management and organizational learning in the organization can lead to the ‎development of corporate entrepreneurship.‎
