Background: Increasing employee productivity is one of the basic requirements of today's organizations. Employees in organizations should know what exactly the organization is looking for, when employees in the organization do not know the main reason for their work and have no justification to relate their work to the goals of the organization; They are not effective enough. Also, when employees come to the conclusion that they are using their resources and abilities to do work in vain, they are definitely ineffective. These discussions show well that if employees can have a role in determining their goals in the organization or at least understand the relationship between their work and the goals of the organization, they will become productive employees. One of the ways to create effective and productive employees is the strategic alignment of employees. In addition, the strategic alignment of employees can increase employee productivity by affecting the social responsibility of employees and indirectly. Aim: The main goal of this research is to measure the effect of employees strategic alignment on employee productivity by mediating role of employees social responsibility among the employees of Bushehr gas company. Methodology: The present research, in terms of purpose, applied, in terms of field data collection method, in terms of strategy, descriptive survey and comparative approach with positivist philosophy has been taken into consideration. The tool used to collect information in this research is a questionnaire, so the research is a descriptive survey. The statistical population of the research was 400 administrative employees of Bushehr Gas Company, of which 211 people, as a sample, completed the questionnaires.
