Abstract

The current research was conducted with the aim of identifying the challenges facing the advancement of digital human resources management with the approach of the impact of digitalization on services and processes of human resources in Mobarakeh steel organization in 1403. The research method was based on the exploratory-applied goal and qualitative-quantitative in terms of data collection, and it was an exploratory mixed mode. In the first qualitative phase, the research results were obtained with an inductive approach to collecting interview data. In the next quantitative step, research data were analyzed in a statistical sample. The population and statistical sample in the qualitative stage were 8 experts and human resource managers who were selected through a purposeful process and a judgmental method. The statistical population of the quantitative section, in the exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis section, 80 employees of Foulad Mobarakeh were selected using the probabilistic-systematic method, and in the AHP section, 10 experts responded to the pairwise comparison questionnaire using the objective-judgmental method. The research results in the theme analysis section of the 10 main themes of the future challenges of digital human resources, the challenge of adapting old systems to digital solutions, the challenge of attracting employees, the challenge of balancing costs and benefits, the challenge of ensuring a positive user experience, the challenge of integrating the resource system. Digital human, challenges of improving human resource skills to adapt to digital technology, challenges of managing employee resistance to digital transformation, challenges of protecting employee data and privacy, digital human resources and 10 sub-themes of prioritizing culture and management Change, personal training, phased implementation, transparent communication, monitoring and continuous improvement, employee training and awareness, strong data security measure
