Aim: In the present period, a large percentage of children and adolescents with different types of problems of behavioral and emotional status are concerned. The present study aims to study the behavioral and emotional problems of elementary school students based on student bullying, teacher violence and the role of mediating school stress in the emergence. These problems are involved. Methods: This research is a correlational study that was conducted on 200 students (elementary school students). In this study, Philips School of Anxiety Instruments, Illinois bullying scale, teacher violence scale and Seattle personality questionnaire were used. Data analysis was used to model structural equations. Results: The results of the research confirmed that student bullying and teacher violence are a positive and direct predictor for students' behavioral-emotional problems. In addition, student bullying indirectly led to an increase in emotional-behavioral problems through reducing school stress. School stress was associated with a decrease in emotional-behavioral problems. Findings of the research confirmed the effect of student bullying and teacher violence on students' emotional-behavioral problems. On the other hand, school stress only mediated the students' bullying effects on emotional-behavioral problems. Conclusion: These results showed that most primary school children suffer from emotional behavioral problems that require more attention and support in the area of behavioral and emotional problems, which requires comprehensive and accurate planning. For this purpose, it is necessary to study the level of behavioral and emotional problems of students at the assessment and delivery site in schools and teaching parents and educators in order to prevent behavioral and emotional disturbances and to diagnose and treat it timely in children.
