Background: Given the role of the university in the development of society and the training of efficient and creative human resources, university administrators should pay special attention to faculty members and while providing the appropriate infrastructure; They should be encouraged to connect with industry and come up with new ideas for community development.
Aim: One of the strategic goals of the Persian Gulf University, according to its strategic document, is to become an entrepreneurial or third generation university, which this strategic goal will not be possible except with the support of the faculty members of the university; Therefore, it is necessary to study the organizational behaviors of faculty members of the Persian Gulf University. Thus, studies have shown that there is still a theoretical and empirical gap between the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational voice, and strategic entrepreneurship. In addition; A similar study has not been conducted in Iranian universities. The present study seeks to ask whether transformational leadership has a significant effect on the organizational and strategic entrepreneurial voice of the faculty members of the Persian Gulf University?
Methodology: The present research is a descriptive-survey type and is among the applied researches. The statistical population of this study will consist of all faculty members of Bushehr Persian Gulf University in 1399. Due to the availability of the list of faculty members of the Persian Gulf University of Bushehr, the sampling method was clustered and the sample was available. A questionnaire was used to collect data. Data from 170 questionnaires were analyzed.
