Background: Due to the rapid development of technologies, companies are forced to change faster than ever before, and this change will definitely affect the core of the organization and affect the performance of the organization, although this is a fundamental change centered on digital technology. Rather than being a technological issue, digital transformation is a human, cultural and strategic issue, so this study examines the impact of digital capability on organizational performance with the mediating variables of digital culture and digital transformation strategy.
Aim: Digital transformation is not just the implementation of better and more technologies and requires digital alignment and fit means the alignment of culture, strategy and capabilities. This study intends to examine the relationship between the three variables of digital transformation strategy, digital culture and digital capabilities and since they affect the performance of the organization also seeks to relate these three variables to the performance of the organization.
Methodology: This research is a quantitative research with a deductive and survey approach that has been used to collect data electronically using a questionnaire. The statistical population of this study is information technology companies in the country. Considering that these companies operate in four sections of software, hardware, network and Internet, 342 companies were extracted by probabilistic method as a sample and then descriptive and inferential analysis, with Using structural equation modeling method, the hypotheses of this research were tested with Amos software.
Findings: Based on data analysis, it can be stated that the average organizational performance of hardware companies has the lowest average organizational performance and software has the highest performance.
