This research has been carried out with the aim of the effect of strategic innovation and flexibility of human resources on employee burnout: emphasizing the mediating role of social capital. This research is based on the objective criterion in the applied research group, based on the data collection time criterion in the survey research group, based on the nature of data criterion and the basis of the research is a quantitative research. The main tool for collecting information in this research is 4 standard questionnaires, the statistical population of this research includes petrochemical companies based in Asalouye region, the sample size in this research using SPSS SAMPLE POWER sampling software is equal to 30 companies and the number of 212 personnel of this research companies and the sampling method in this research is available sampling. The statistical software SPSS and AMOS are used to analyze the questionnaire data of this research. According to the findings of this research, strategic innovation has had a positive and significant effect on social capital, 37% of the variance of social capital is explained by strategic innovation, the flexibility of human resources has had a positive and significant effect on social capital, 51% of the variance of social capital is explained by the flexibility of human resources. It has been explained, strategic innovation has had a positive and significant effect on job burnout, 59% of the variance of job burnout is explained by strategic innovation, the flexibility of human resources has had a positive and significant effect on job burnout, 72% of the variance of job burnout is explained by the flexibility of human resources. social capital has a positive and significant effect on job burnout, 56% of the variance of job burnout is explained by social capital, social capital has a partial mediating role between strategic innovation and job burnout, social capital has a mediating role between human resource flexibility and
