Objective: The aim of this research is to investigate the effect of strategic thinking and strategic human resource management on organizational resilience; With the mediating role of self-management (Case Study: State-owned Banks in Yasuj City).
Methodology: The present research is a descriptive survey research based on the purpose of an applied research and based on a quantitative approach and nature. The data collection method in this research was library and field type. The sampling method of this research is available. The data collection tool in this research was a standard questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was used to examine its reliability. The statistical population of this research is the employees of state-owned banks in Yasuj City. The number of samples is 84 people. Structural equation modeling was used to analyze the data using Spss, PLS software.
Findings: Our findings indicate that strategic thinking and strategic human resource management have an effect on organizational resilience. The mediating role of self-management is also confirmed. The results can be considered a roadmap for bank managers to improve their bank's resilience through strategic thinking and strategic human resource management, as well as self-management methods.
Conclusion: The results of the hypothesis test showed that strategic thinking has a positive and significant effect on organizational self-management and resilience, and strategic human resource management has a positive and significant effect on organizational self-management and resilience. Self-management also has a positive and significant effect on organizational resilience, and the mediating role of self-management was also confirmed.
