Abstract
Introduction:
Due to the advancement of technology in recent decades, the fast and fast dynamic environment in the organizations in which they are formed and grown, the competition between the organizations that we see the results of. If they don't seek to change and adapt their management and leadership style to these conditions, they can easily be coordinated and adapted to organizational strategies as a condition of survival and presence in highly competitive markets. Despite the improvement of organizations in the field of strategic adaptation in competitive conditions, we need more research in this field. The main purpose of the research is the impact of managers' perceptions, the extent of change and adaptive leadership on strategic adaptation in critical conditions. Conditions: considering the role of strategic rotation.
Methodology:
The present study is considered to be a descriptive type of field studies in terms of its practical purpose and in terms of the method of data collection, and in terms of the relationship between the variables of the research, it is of a causal type. The method of conducting the research was a survey, the statistical population of the research was formed by new businesses in Bushehr city, which numbered 80 companies, in the first stage, the names of 80 companies were recorded and according to the formula for calculating the Statistical sample size based on the limited population of Kochran, randomly 50 companies were selected by lottery. In the second stage, according to the reports that each company has an average of 3 effective members, the research questionnaire was distributed among all the members of the statistical sample and the information of the statistical population was collected. The data collection tool was a five-point Likert scale questionnaire.
