Faculty members of universities have a significant role in fostering the human resources of each society. In this research, the role of individual characteristics (academic professors, field of study, employment status and gender) in the effectiveness of faculty leadership has been studied.
Four different hypotheses have been studied in this research. To measure their leadership effectiveness, a questionnaire of 38 questionnaires with a 17-point range has been used. The statistical population of this research is the professors of all groups of Bushehr Gulf University. The professors of seven groups were selected through sampling method and a total of 820 questionnaires were analyzed.
