چکیده

Background: The issue of leadership and its impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization is one of the important concepts. soft leadership has become an issue that is considered by organizations including higher education institutions because of their vast communications. Objective: Due to the lack of attention, This study aims to gather theoretical concepts and develops a comprehensive model to identify soft skills. Methodology: The population of this study are all the educational groups that have M.A in the Persian Gulf University. sampling method is probable cluster sampling.7 departments selected. 350 questionnares distributed among them and 325 ones returned.The reliability of the TCLP questionnaire was 0.84. Analysis of the data collected was done by Excel and SPSS software. Results: This research is a combination of qualitative and quantitative work. In the quantitative study, The results showed that the effectiveness of leadership is related to some individual characteristics (educational experience of professors, educational field, gender).In The qualitative part of the research a grounded theory model of soft leadership is given in four parts: causes(educational transferring ability, communication skills, adornment, mastery of communication tools, professional development, encouraging, personal competencies, ability to control, justice, understanding, teamwork ability, giving personality, creating learning environment, professional legitimacy, using multiple learning methods, planning), intervening conditions(supporting academic atmosphere, employment status, educational confusion, motiveless of students), context(previous experiences, family background, patterns in personal life, self confidence and faith in change) and outcomes( improving the teacher-learning process, social personality development, preparing students for employment, professor identity, professional development( and output( responding to the society needs) of the center
