The sandy substrates. This study was carried out for 4 months in 2013 from August up to November. Medium bedding sand which is commonly available in coastal sedimentary of Bushehr county. Bed grading included 4 treatments and 4 replications as follow: First treatment (<0.5 mm), second treatment (0.5-2 mm), third treatment (2-4 mm) and forth treatment (>4 mm). These results show how nereidid polychaete can be reliably produced and grown within sandy beds, and provide very rich seafood necessary for the other aquatics objective of this study was to investigate the biomass of marine worm polychaete (Perinereis nuntia) with different. After four months of growing period, worms were harvested from all basins and production rates were calculated for each bed. The results of this study were analyzed by using one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and Duncan test. Factors such as total production (Biomass) and the average percentage of specific growth rate (SGR) at the end of the period were as follows: The average total production in first, second, third and forth bed was, respectively, 58.30, 56.89, 53.24 and 62.37 grams. The average percentage of specific growth rate (SGR) in the beds was, 4.54, 4.50, 4.41 and 4.20 grams, respectively. Statistically, the treatments used did not show significant differences at P? 0.05 in terms of Biomass and the average percentage of specific growth rate of perinereis nuntia.
