Aquaculture has played an important role in food security and global poverty reduction. Total global aquaculture production is above 171 million tons (Including 90.9 million tons of fishing and 80 million tons of breeding) in 2016. This study is a randomized comparative study conducted at the Persian Gulf Institute of Bushehr University. In this study, the effect of one species of red seaweed (Gracilaria pygmea) in four treatments of 0%, 1.5%, 2% and 2.5% as a feed additive on 240 Asian sea bass fish for 6 days Got it. There was no significant difference between the protein levels and the percentage of crude fat levels of carcasses treatments with each other and control group. By increasing the amount of algae in the diet, the percentage of carcass dry matter increased up to a concentration of 2% and then decreased in the treatment 2.5%. But there was no significant difference among the treatments together and the control group. There was no significant difference between treatments with control group in terms of FCR, specific growth factor and body weight gain. In terms of percentage of weight gain, although there was no significant difference between treatments and control group, it was slightly higher in all treatments compared to the control group. There was no significant difference between treatments with control group, but the level of cholesterol in all added algae treatments was slightly lower than the control treatment. There was a significant difference between the triglyceride content of the control group with all treatments except 2.5%. There was no significant difference in blood serum albumin levels between treatment groups and control group (except 2% treatment). There was no significant difference between ACH50 values of the control group with 2.5% treatment. As the algae content increased, the amount of blood lysozyme decreased to a concentration of 2% and then increase in the treatment 2.5%. There was no significant difference between the amounts
