چکیده
|
The hysteresis loops and magnetic configurations of a Permalloy triangle nanodot are calculated by means of
micromagnetic simulations using OOMMF code. I was shown that the reversal process and number of switching fields depends on the triangle position. When the external field direction approaches the triangle symmetry line, the third switching field is more favoured to happen corresponding to a specific magnetic configuration. Moreover, the switching fields distribution indicates that all switching fields are centered on 60 degrees. Moreover the “C” state is a dominant effect in the first and second switching fields.
