چکیده
|
the purpose of this paper is survey the correlation between market orientation and new product success by regarding the role of customer knowledge management and market knowledge in this correlation. after the dissemination questionnaree in knowledge-based company in bushehr city the data was analyzed by PLS software. the results showed that is positive and significant correlation between market orientation with customer knowledge management and market knowledge. this results although represent the positive and direct correlation between customer knowledme management and market knowledge with new product success.
