Corporate banking raised banking and financial products and services value. This value is bank close relationships with customers that not only can provide goods and services for customers, but provide unique solutions. According to this, what the study is trying to reach is studying factors affecting on corporate banking. Therefore, to identify and study the component of the conceptual model, background research were studied. Methodology of this study is applicable in terms of the purpose, and descriptive in terms of data collection method. The research method of data collection is library research and interviews. Therefore, to conduct the study is used specialized research books, articles and journals in the field of research. The statistical population of this research was customers in Assaluyeh Sepah Bank branches. Among corporate customers a total of 15 companies were selected. Then general managers and financial and accounting experts were interviewed. After studying the research inside and abroad, and interviews with general managers, financial directors and financial experts corporate customers of Bank Sepah in Assaluyeh, 50 effective indicators on Corporate Banking were identified from corporate customers.
