Public libraries are public institutions that should be provided free of charge to all sources of human knowledge and the libraries of children and adolescents in this age group are under their coverage. There are good libraries in schools, public libraries does not enrich society, as planned and purposeful reading in the school library or reading required is a greater priority, although it is indifferent to the interests of the children. However, the public library, free to read through the pursuit of personal interests and without planning is a priority. Public libraries have a duty officials. Prbarkrdn leisure and library programming for children and young people in the epicenter of cultural creativity, literary, scientific, artistic and technical transform children. Practices common in our society could attract children to books and reading. So we're trying to show that this can be creative ways to attract children to reading. Research questions include how to read children's attention and drew library? How can creative and pleasant atmosphere created for audiences in libraries? How can attract the attention of children to the library and view them on the library to consider them outdated and boring environment changed? How can this be lovely and pleasant environment for them? In this way we have benefited from the descriptive - inferential well. Our approach is innovative and scientific methods in the field of reading Findings show that no matter how innovative methods used in libraries, children will be more interested in reading and creativity would flourish.
