Nursing is one of the jobs that are associated with stress and stress, due to high workloads, overnight work routines, work hardiness and ... with stress and emotional stress. Ethical behavior is the reflection of individual values. Values ??include a range of beliefs and desires that inspire a person's behavior. Ethical behavior involves moral appreciation, ethical judgment, and the formation of ethical tendencies in a complex and dynamic environment, and plays an effective role in the progress and achievement of the organization in achieving its goals. The purpose of this study was to identify the psychological factors affecting the ethical behavior of nurses. The method used in this research is a descriptive survey, and for this purpose a large number of previous studies have been carried out in this field and definitions and important dimensions have been identified. According to this research, ethical atmosphere, organizational commitment, job satisfaction and spiritual intelligence are the most important psychological factors that have the most impact on the ethical behavior of nurses. So what plays a major role in the ethical behavior of nurses is, first and foremost, how much people want, desire, or demand from within their organization.
