To survive, organizations need people who responded to the environmental challenges, not fear from sharing information and knowledge and committed to their beliefs and their team. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of burnout on organizational silence with an emphasis on employees speaking. The population consists of all 140 members from organization of industry, mining and trade in Bushehr, and sample size is 103. to collect the data, used Maslach Burnout Questionnaire, commented Van Diane Questionnaire, and for organizational silence Lee pin Questionnaire. Data were tested using SPSS and AMOS. The results of structural equation modeling showed that burnout is a significant and positive impact on organizational silence. Also Burnout has negative effects on employees' opinion and the view of staff on organizational silence has negative impact.
