Due to the application and extensive use of honeycomb structures in electronic devices, electronic properties of these structures need to be controlled. In this paper, we examine changes of band gap, band structures, polarization and other properties of graphene quantum dots by using the effect of hydrogenation. It can be seen in about 20 to 25 percent ratio of hydrogen to carbon, polarization be maximized and also by incresing this ratio, the band gap increases.
