One of the most important issues that organizations now face is how information is gathered from the environment for forecasting changes in operation utilization and, ultimately, the creation of innovations in the organization. To address the volatile and complex conditions of strategic agility in the organization to stay competitive in the industry. Due to the importance of agility and strategic innovation in today's organizations, the present study addresses the relationship between these two concepts. After theoretical foundations and research background, a model is proposed to influence the strategic pace of strategic innovation. .
