ith the development of smart grid technologies, some of the freely conceived, traditionally flawed bars will turn into scattered energy resources in future power systems. Nevertheless, the contribution of responsive loads (DRs) in balancing power may challenge the utilization of power distribution systems and cause congestion. The present paper presents a Distribution Distribution Price (DCP) based on the market mechanism to reduce potential congestion of the distribution system. Using the LMP model, the proposed distribution density is able to reflect the real cost of consumption, as well as the timing of the response to the demand for electric energy. Based on the structure of the Nord Pool Spot market, the interactions between the wholesalers and the distribution system operator are proposed, and a method for DCP calculation is proposed, eventually by using the MATLAB software on the IEEE-30BUS test system To verify the validity of the proposed method for reducing congestion.
