In this research, the nanostructured alloy containing iron-cobalt by 70% weight with manganese, titanium and boron elements at bout by 10% weight of each, prepared by mechanical alloying. X-ray diffraction results show that the lowest grain size value of Fe-based solid solution is attained after 35 h milling time. Grain size refinement enhances magnetization saturation to about 113.11 emu/g and coercivity to approximately 188.78 Oe for milling time 35 and 100 h, respectively. In addition, heat treatment of samples for milling times 35 and 100 h leads to increase in saturation magnetization and decrease in coercivity
