چکیده
|
Human resources as the most valuable asset of the organization and on this basis, according to the safety and health should be seriously considered. Several factors could increase the risk and reduce the level of safety and unsafe behavior in human resources is effective. In this study, the effect of job satisfaction of employees in unsafe behavior has been aryasasvl petrochemical company. The data in this study was performed using SPSS software. The results show that all aspects of job satisfaction and unsafe behavior of human resources with a view to a significant relationship. The health of both motivation and behavior there is a negative relationship and insecure due to factors that increase job satisfaction and reduce unsafe behavior will bring.
