چکیده	Social and cultural interactions in any society are one of the most basic needs of people in different periods of life, and the existence of a single place for exchange and participation to accelerate human progress and development seems obvious and necessary. This study examines the social interaction of citizens in society and its relationship with the city of culture and citizens' knowledge of their rights, and examines the relationship between active citizenship and the municipality's accountability and transparency. According to the above, creating architectural spaces such as the city of culture for social interactions in the centers and suburbs of cities in a way that preserves and perpetuates the values ??of architecture and urban planning requires creative work.
