Background:passionate love is a great passion for bonding with another, which is associated with changes in behavioral, psychological and physiological levels. passionate love is beneficial to cognitive functions that include cognitive strategies to achieve performance Lays.
Aim: Comprasion ofCognitivefunctions in passionate lover and normal people.
Methodology:The statistical population of this study was the students of the
Persian Gulf University in Bushehr. The sample size was 101 people with
Passionate love and 103 normal subjects who were selected by random sampling
method. In this study, PLS questionnaire and three software tools for Stroop,
Wisconsin, Continuous Performance (CPT) were used.
Conclusions:Regarding the effect of passionate love on cognitive functions, especially attention that is an important component in the early stages of this love, and based on the results obtained, it can be said that fiery love on some of the cognitive elements includes the inhibition of response and attention between people with passionate love and normal people in these elements, but there was no difference in the cognitive flexibility between the two groups.
