From Technological Innovation to Value Creation: An Analysis of Trends, Thematic Clusters, and Future Pathways of Entrepreneurship in the Age of Artificial Intelligence

چکیده
Artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged in recent years as one of the most significant transformative technologies in the field of entrepreneurship, playing an increasingly critical role in redefining traditional processes of creating, developing, and managing businesses. The aim of this study is to conduct a scientometric analysis of the field of AI and entrepreneurship and to identify its growth trends, knowledge structure, key contributors, and thematic evolution pathways. Methodologically, this research adopts a scientometric and descriptive-analytical approach. The data were extracted from the Scopus database and included 2,600 articles published between 1990 and 2026. The search was conducted using keywords related to artificial intelligence and entrepreneurship, and after data refinement, the records were stored in CSV format. Bibliometric analyses were carried out using Bibliometrix/Biblioshiny and VOSviewer software. The findings revealed that this field, with an annual growth rate of 18%, is considered an emerging and rapidly expanding domain with a strongly interdisciplinary nature. The results showed that China, India, and the United States hold the largest shares of scientific production in this area, while the National Economics University and the author Duong, Cong Doanh were identified as among the most influential contributors. Keyword co-occurrence network analysis indicated that concepts such as entrepreneurship, digital transformation, AI adoption, and AI ethics are at the center of scholarly attention. Furthermore, thematic trend analysis demonstrated that the field has evolved from foundational concepts in industrial management toward advanced applications of AI, entrepreneurship education, and digital innovation. Overall, the results indicate the gradual maturation and promising future of this field in fostering intelligent entrepreneurial ecosystems.
