the purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between spinal column malalignment with dynamic posture control(measured using star excursion balance test). 50 subjects that had no any injury in their lower extremities participated in this study randomly. Spinal column posture was examined using spinal mouse device and subjects were divided into 4 groups(kyphosis, lordosis, scoliosis, normal). After warm up, subjectsperformed star excursion test. For analyzing the data, we used One-way ANOVA and Tukey test(????0.05). positive Significant difference was observed between both kyphosis and normal groups and lordosis and normal groups in reaching scores means at lateral orientation. Furthermore, some reaching score mean in spinal column malalignment groups was greater than normal group. Results showed that spinal column malalignment not only
block for performance of activity that required dynamic posture control, but also maybe helpful in the performance of specific activities in some directions.
