This study aimed to investigate the relationship between self-handicapping, education, personality trait neuroticism and test anxiety on motivation -Learn Karaj city high school students has been implemented. The method according to the nature of this cross-correlation in this study consisted of 542 high school students who were selected randomly, respectively. In this study, questionnaires to measure the variables of self-handicapping Miguel, neurotic character Neo, test anxiety and motivation Abolqasemi was Herman. The results show that there is a negative relationship between test anxiety, neurotic character, self-handicapping, education and motivation to learn and the lack of correlation between test anxieties and learning motivation is. The results showed that predict academic motivation to learn by self-handicapping. Neurotic character as well as a significant predictor for not learning motivation While test anxiety and academic self-handicapping significant predictor for the motivation to learn.
