Today giving importance to human resources is the basis and focus of the work of senior managers of organizations. Human resources is considered as a strategic resource and the most important element of the organization and unlike other internal resources, it is the only resource that acts as a decision maker and executor. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between strategic human resource planning and organizational health. Organizational health refers to a situation in which the organization, in addition to remaining stable in its environment, in the long run is able to adapt sufficiently to the environment and constantly create and expand the necessary capabilities for its survival. When examining the behavioral characteristics of a healthy organization, the most important issue that is clearly seen in the behavior of employees is the sense of belonging and attachment to the work of the organization. Therefore, organizational behavior is one of the variables that has been considered by researchers in recent decades; During our studies, we have concluded that there is a direct and significant relationship between strategic human resource planning and organizational health.
