The time perspective of is a useful psychological structure for educational results and may be useful for research in academic subjects. Time perspective refers to the orientation and attitude of individuals towards the past, present, future and the transcendent future and is a property That can predict academic achievement, motivation, achievement goal , education, self-esteem, problems of education and academic procrastination among university. Although a lot of research about the relationship between time perspective and academic achievement were conducted, but there is little research on the role that the past, present, future and the transcendent future can play in goals orientation As well as their role in the prediction and direction of academic problems; therefore, In this study, time perspective is studied, focusing on the positive and negative attitudes towards the past, present, future and the transcendent future the relationship between these time trends and goal-orientation, academic procrastination and achievement in a sample of 424 students of Persian Gulf university. This study was conducted in correlation method using structural equation model. The population was consisted of all students studying at the University in 2015-2016 in the Persian Gulf university. 424 of them were selected by multistage cluster sampling and participated in this study and responded to the Zimbardo Time Perspective Scale (ZTPI, the form of 56 questions), Transcendental future time perspective scale (TFTPS), measuring target scale 3×2 (3×2 AGQ-S) and the academic procrastination scale (TPS). To analyze the data, correlation and path analysis using structural equation modeling was used. The results showed that, in the modified model some of the paths of time perspective to the achievement goal, time perspective to academic achievement, achievement goal to academic procrastination, achievement goal to academic achievement and also academic procrastination academic achievement
