In order to identify the best pollinizerof Manzanilla olive cultivar this study was conducted in Iran, Fars proviens, Kazeroon Agricultural Research Center during2015-2016 yearsy. The Experimental design was Randomized Complet Blocks with three replication. 100 perfect Flowers per shoot emasculated, then fiowers were hand pollinated using pollens fromolive cultivarsSevilana, Conservalia,Dakal and Amigdalolia a pollen mixture of allcultivars used or allowed to get self pollinated. Initial and final fruit set, yieldself incompatibility index, fruit weight, fruit lenth, fruit volume and diameter, pulp weight, seed weight and pulp weight/seed weight were evaluated. Results indicated that Manzanilla is a relativelyself incompatible cultivar with an index of self incompatibility0.34. The best treatment was the pollination with Sevilana and openpollination that resulted in a more than 2 and 2.4 fold increase in fruit set and yields over self pollinated, respectively.Sevilana is recommended as an ideal pollinizer forManzanilla cultivars. The Pollination Manzanilla with other pollens cultivar indicated thatcross pollination Could increase fruit set, product amount, fruit weight, fruit lenth, fruit volume and diameter significantly except in treatments ofDakal and Amigdalolia. The results showed that the kind of pollen affected Manzanilla cultivar fruit set and cross pollination could increase fruit set Significantly. Analysis of combined of two years, showed that effect of year on fruit set in Manzanilla was not significant. The results of characters average fruit showed that cross pollination Could increase fruit set, product amount, fruit weight, fruit lenth, fruit volume and diameter significantly. Therefor, apparently self incompatibility exist in Manzanila olive cultivar.Regarding to the index of incompatibility and fruit set,the Best Pollinzer for manzanilla cultivar was determined Sevellana olive cultivar.
