Semiotics is one of the most important fields of knowledge in the field of modern studies, and it emerged in the twentieth century by the world of the Sicilian language Ferdinand de Susser, and the American logic Charles Pierce. Semiotics is interested in interpreting the meanings of signs, symbols and signs in the fields of language, art, literature and other fields. It has occupied a distinguished place between linguistic and monetary studies and has become a major concern of Western and Arab researchers. The semiotics of the personality, which is a kind of semiemetic in general, sheds light on the figures in depth and in depth to reveal the hidden angles contained therein. "Frankenstein in Baghdad" is one of the best Arab novels, thanks to its visual narrative and the high level of narrative construction. Saadawi was a great success in making use of verbal and symbolic meanings. Frankenstein's characters in Baghdad were associated with the events of the novel, where these characters and events can not be separated. It is doubtful that the study of these figures from the perspective of Simeai, will lead to the disclosure of what the characters carry meanings and concepts and soft connotations. Saadawi chose his characters from the painful reality of Iraq, which he described as a brilliant description, to employ in the context of his novel project. Since the characters are one of the most important structural elements in the novel and they play the roles in developing the event from beginning to end, we chose two of the main characters of the Frankenstein novel in Baghdad to be taught through a descriptive-analytical approach, namely Hadi Al-Atak and the old Elishwa,
