In this investigation, morphometric and meristic specifications of Persion Golf Acanthopagrus latus were assessed; which cought in July-aug- sep (in the 3 months). Totally, 32 fishes were assessed and morphometric factor (body length, fin lengths,eye diameter, head length…) and meristic factor were investigated. The total length of fishes were about 191/66- 207/44 mm were calculated. The avarage of head length were calculated 48/69 and average body depth 67/95 mm. This fish has a caudal fin with 11-12 hard ray, 10-11 soft ray, and anal fin with 3 hard ray, 8 soft ray. Also average lateral line scale is (46/2-2/39). Measuring of these factors accomplished by Imagej software and analysis of all data realat to this research accomplished by Excel and SPSS software.
