چکیده	the cyanobacteria produce different types of cyanotoxin and secondary metabolites. This study was to evaluate the biological control pathogenic fungi Rizoctonia solani by cyanobacteria strain phormidium sp. 5 method The methanolic extract was obtained with a 24-hour exposure of methanol and were used for antagonistic activity against R.solani. in this Experiments were studied methanolic extracts by Antimicrobial examination included Linear Growth Method in different concentrations 25. 50 75 and 100 for plant pathogenic fugues R.solani. Result: : the Result of the antifungal examination showed versus for concentration 30, 50, 100 and 150?l but didn’t show growth inhibition zone for 30?l . Result of the antifungal examination of cyanobacteria phormidium.sp showed very Significant effect Growth reduction percent(84.2) on R.solani.
