چکیده	Several studies have reported that patients with Multiple sclerosis (MS) have an increased risk of developing schizophrenia (SCZ). A few studies suggested that MS and SCZ have similar etiologies. Some risk factors including gender, ethnicity, geography and season have an influence on the occurrence of both MS and SCZ. This paper aims to examine the differences and similarities in blood expression profile of SCZ and MS. The gene expression datasets of GSE19112 (patients with SCZ) and GSE21942 (patients with MS) were utilized in bioinformatics analysis. The analysis was carried out by GEO2R. The adjusted P value ?2.0 or log FC?
